Full Introduction (about 60 seconds)
Every leader in this room has a mountain. A target that looks out of reach. A turnaround nobody believes in. A team running low on oxygen.
Our next speaker knows that climb from two directions.
In the boardroom, he was Chief Financial Officer of a bank listed on the Bahrain and Kuwait stock exchanges. He managed a balance sheet of more than 500 million dollars and led deals worth over 350 million.
On the mountain, he has stood at Everest Base Camp at 5,364 meters, summited Kilimanjaro, and became the first Bahraini to summit Mount Kosciuszko. And on Mount Elbrus, he made the hardest call a climber can make. He turned back.
Today, he brings what those mountains taught him to us.
He’s going to leave you with one question. I promise you’ll still be thinking about it next week.
Please join me in welcoming Mohamed Isa!
Short Introduction (about 30 seconds)
Our next speaker managed a 500-million-dollar balance sheet as a bank CFO, then took his leadership somewhere far less forgiving. He has stood at Everest Base Camp, summited Kilimanjaro, and turned back on Elbrus when the mountain said no. Today he brings those lessons to us.
Please join me in welcoming Mohamed Isa!
